2 years agoDid not use them so I cannot speak to their work. Based on the conversations to set up work I would likely not call them for future projects. -

4 years agoNon existent customer service. Ive called multiple times and left multiple messages over the course of a week about a 25,000 gallon pool, water feature, and spa they built 3 years ago and can't even get a call back from whoever "joey" is. You would think a massive contract like this would be worthy of at least a call back. -

FAQ
How does Anderson Poolworks determine pricing for a custom pool project?
We provide detailed cost breakdowns that account for your specific project scope, including pool size, custom features like water features and spas, equipment packages, excavation requirements, permits, and any site-specific challenges. Since every backyard is different, we recommend requesting an estimate so we can assess your property and provide accurate pricing tailored to your needs rather than generic quotes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Anderson Poolworks maintains the licensing and insurance required to operate as a legitimate pool contractor. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance to protect both our team and your property. When you request a quote or before signing any contract, we're happy to provide proof of our current credentials and insurance coverage.
What types of custom pool features does Anderson Poolworks specialize in?
We handle the full range of custom pool construction, including water features like rock waterfalls, spas, slides, lazy rivers, and resort-style designs. Our portfolio shows pools up to 25,000 gallons with integrated landscaping and multiple water features. Whether you want a natural-looking backyard oasis or a luxury resort-style setup, we can discuss your vision and determine what's feasible for your space.
How long does a typical pool construction project take from start to finish?
Anderson Poolworks typically completes standard inground pools within 8-12 weeks, though timelines vary based on pool complexity, custom features, site conditions, and weather. Projects with extensive water features, spas, or challenging terrain may require additional time. We recommend discussing your specific project timeline during the consultation so we can set realistic expectations and provide regular progress updates throughout construction.
What does Anderson Poolworks do with excavation debris and site cleanup after construction?
We manage the full construction process, including hands-on unloading and site management to keep projects moving smoothly. This includes proper handling and removal of excavation debris and construction waste. We leave your property in clean, finished condition so you can enjoy your new pool without dealing with leftover materials or cleanup responsibilities.
Why should I hire a professional pool contractor instead of attempting DIY pool installation?
Professional pool construction requires specialized knowledge of local permits, building codes, electrical work, equipment installation, and site engineering that DIY approaches lack. Improper installation can lead to structural failure, safety hazards, equipment malfunction, and costly repairs. We handle permitting, compliance, and technical expertise so your pool is built to code, functions properly, and provides years of reliable enjoyment without the risk of expensive mistakes.
