1 year agoBuyer beware!! This is not a good company to do business with. Siding cost thousands of dollars. You want a company that's going to stand behind their work. Hometown exteriors is not that company unfortunately. Update: water damage inside on sheetrock from not caulking the top of one building. They did the other building. Trying to get them to fix it. Chris stood me up 3 times. When I called him the fourth time he told me that that isn't something they normally even do! I don't like being lied to of course it's something they normally do that's why one building was done correctly. Very unprofessional. I called the office directly. Hopefully Michelle or Dan will take more seriously. Pretty quick easy fix. Nope! This company does not care about the quality of their work. 2019 had Hardy plank siding. They totally missed the caulking on the tops of one building. Dan finally came out to look at the building that was not caulked. Also he had me send him a picture of the staining on the ceiling in the bedroom upstairs where water has made its way in. The wind does blow the rain up and water made its way behind the new siding. Another update: Dan blamed the water intrusion on the roof he says we had done after the siding! The new roof was put on in 2017. The siding was not done until 2019. They obviously do not want to take any responsibility for their work that their company has performed. After spending $16,000. Now we're left with more expenses! Original review : One of the entryways looks like a 10-year-old was playing with a caulking gun. A soft bristle broom took pieces out of the siding! Outside of our front door. Michelle the owner said that Dan in the office says it looks like something bumped it..Like I told her yes something did bump it a soft bristle broom brushing off cobwebs!. Color plus! Chris has told me four times now that he would be out to take a look at it and then I just don't hear back. Very unprofessional company I definitely would not recommend them. -

Dan was amazing to help me figure out the color, style and best manufacturers for my products and needs, Chris and his team were prompt and cleaned up after themselves every day. Michelle in the office was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions in regards to our timeline. Will use them again if ever needed! -

Expert work, beautiful. Chris and Dan were excellent to work with. Don't miss out of this established family company. -

I felt that Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was well informed of the process and all my questions were answered in a timely manner with easy to understand answers. Everything went smoothly and as expected. The price was right too. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company!
