6 years agoJoe is a con artist. Never use this guy. We purchased a door for our company and 3 openers we paid in full and took 5 months for the door to arrive and then installed the wrong spring. only installed 2 under rated openers and then would not answer or finish the job. Finally had salem overhead door come out to finish and fix what he didnt. Come to find out he doesn't have a commercial licence. -

7 years agoJoseph is a con artist. He charged me $550.00 for a garage door opener that he still has not installed after five months. I disputed the charge with my card company only to have him tell the company the charged item is valid. So he knowingly has kept my money and the garage door opener. What a thief, but that comes as no surprise after driving to the business address listed on my receipt. it is some run down crack house on a pot hole filled dirt road off of Lancaster. The website and both phone numbers are down so they have gone belly up. Karma sucks and this man has a date with a bad day somewhere at some time -

7 years agoXpress Doors installed a electric garage door opener for me. The price was reasonable, he was on time, friendly, did a great job and cleaned up all of the packaging. Definately a 5 star job! -

7 years agoBE CAREFUL! We signed a contract with Joseph, paid a 50% deposit of $6,000.00 down to order our garage doors, was told doors would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, after 1 month I called him to inquire, he said they were starting on Monday, he was a no show, called again, he said wrong doors showed up and was going to Seattle to resolve, another two weeks went by. No communication then starts, he has had our 6,000.00 for over 2 1/2 months, I finally told him we want to cancel the order and go to Overhead door, he says he will return my deposit that week, writes us a check that bounces, and now I have turned over to attorney to collect our deposit along with attorney fees. This all started on 10/06/18 going on four months with him cheating Northwest Insulators Inc. Out of 6,000.00 dollars... That's why we say "BE CAREFUL" and do not give him a deposit, it is safer to go somewhere else. Northwest Insulators Inc.
