Our garage door wasn't an easy install and they made it work beautifully! Furthermore, it's so quiet! A high quality, insulated door at a very fair price. Malinda and the employees were always courteous, patient and professional. We couldn't be more pleased. -

2 years agoCost of the opener was very high compared to the retail price, I understand that things need to be priced for profit, but this was excessive. And, there was a $250 charge for installation. Installation was sloppy, leaving behind screws and a bolt/nut or two. There seems to be some wiring issue as light does not come on when walking through opener beam. When writing the review, it stated that if couldn't give them a high rating, to call. My wife did call with details and thoughts on the issue. That was more than 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back.
