10 years agoMack Drilling was originally contracted to repair a water hydrant at my property in Newberg, OR. The actual part is about a $175 item. When I received a bill for $1200, I called to complain. The business manager agreed that the price was high, and decided to remove $200 from the bill. I then paid the bill. Some time later, I noticed that the hydrant was leaking. I called Mack to voice my concerns, and their representative stated that the leak was not their fault and that the hydrant could be repaired with the installation of a $25 part. Mack came and installed the part, and indeed the leak was fixed - this time at a cost of $378. I honestly did not know whether to laugh or cry, but decided just to pay the bill. Three days after doing this, I received from Mack a finance charge bill for $3.23. Again, I do not know whether to laugh or cry. Short version: Unless you truly hate your money, do not do business with Mack Drilling. -

11 years agoYes, I recommend this pro I rent this home out, and I called the renters, and they said it was amazing. They got it done and they were done within the hour, and everything went perfectly. As a homeowner and a landlord, I've dealt with Mack multiple times. I call them and I don't have to think about it. These people are so good at what they do, and I'm very thankful to have a company that does a job, and does it right. -
