1 year agoSeems to be a small business, so they have a more unexpected casual communication style through call and text. I was a little thrown off at first. A lot of other companies have a dedicated job for this for appointments before you get to the person that does the work, may be necessary if they scale. But I didn't lose confidence and felt like I was talking to a friend where they're busy but there for you when you need it. No bs, just to the point, which I personally liked. On time. Friendly and professional upon interaction. Passed my dogs vibe check. Job was in and out. Efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend and work with them for future needs. -
