2 months agoRecently I asked Gagle's to come do a yearly check on my heat pump. This is not the first time they have serviced my system and as always, I found the service to be excellent. Devon has been to my home on more than one occasion and his attention to detail is noted and appreciated. I always have questions because I'm that person who likes to know the what and the why of things and he is patient and thorough in explaining anything about which I inquire. I have been so happy and satisfied with the service and pricing every time I have asked Gagle's to check my system over the past few years. They never disappoint, are dependable, honest and do excellent work. Thank you very much! In this world it's often disappointing when service is needed but doesn't live up to hopes and expectations. This is never the case with Gagle's and I highly recommend their business for any HVAC needs. -

My project encompassed getting a furnace, AC unit and new duct work installed. I was impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work that was done. Also, the price was very reasonable and fit perfectly within my budget. I look forward to having an on-going connection with them to maintain my furnace/AC, and would highly recommend them. -

Recently, we had a new AC installed, and the receptionist with whom I communicated was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. The technicians who installed the AC were not only courteous but also worked efficiently. The final technician who visited to ensure that everything was functioning correctly was truly commendable. 8 months agoI have been a customer of Gagles for over 20 years. From the day we met them & they installed our element, they are always professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. After years of service, replacement's/ repairs are needed as we have had our element over the extended warranty but they work hard to bring the cost to a minimum & also try to keep the element running in a safe way until a part comes in. Of course today 8/11/25 with weather alert (101 in Salem) my A/C went out went out. I called earlier in the day, they came out same day & we're able to get it working & then onto the next customer in need. People that I've referred Gagles to have thanked me & Gagles. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Gagles & the Gagles Team.
