4 years agoI had vinyl flooring installed six weeks ago. The end caps were not in yet. So they use blue painter's tape so the carpet wouldn't Fray. 6 weeks later it is still got blue tape on it. Been contacting the company and just get excuses. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone I know. -

Are you licensed and insured for flooring work?
Advanced M&D Sales, Inc. maintains the necessary licensing and insurance required for carpet and flooring contracting in Portland, OR. This covers our sales, installation, and vinyl flooring projects to protect your home during work. We handle these details so you can focus on selecting the right flooring.
Does Advanced M&D Sales, Inc. handle vinyl flooring installation and carpet transitions to hardwood?
We manage full carpet contracting from sales to installation, including vinyl flooring projects and transitions like those from gray patterned carpet to light hardwood at doorways. Our team ensures seamless edges and proper fitting for durability. This approach suits various home layouts and flooring combinations.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing a carpet installation?
Advanced M&D Sales, Inc. offers quick scheduling thanks to our local Portland presence, with installations often completed in a few days depending on project size. We remove old flooring debris and clean the work area thoroughly after installation to leave your home tidy. This includes hauling away waste from carpet or vinyl projects. Proper cleanup prevents damage and makes your space ready for immediate use.
Why is professional carpet installation by you safer and better than DIY?
Our installers use precise techniques for stretching, seaming, and transitions that prevent fraying, buckling, or early wear common in DIY attempts. This method avoids hazards like uneven surfaces or adhesive issues that can lead to injuries or costly fixes.
