4 weeks agoWe brought them a sculpted area rug that had a lot a lot of dirt build up on one side from sticking out under furniture and a small stain in one corner. Aside from removing the stain, the rug came home looking exactly the same. I guess I could've asked more questions ahead of time about expectations but $200 for a coffee stain is pretty crazy to me. It seems like they are good with oriental rugs but not the carpet area rug style. -

They helped me layout the pad and center the rug in my little apartment. I would recommend them for any rugs you care about. The rug they cleaned was my Grandmother's, bought sometime in the late 80s/early 90s and 10 x 12 ft. It came from my parents, they're a shoes on household with two dogs. Renaissance transformed this rug and took fantastic care of it, it looks and feels brand new. There was a pesky red stain we'd been covering with furniture for years, I could not find a single trace of it. Thank you guys so much!! -
