1 year agoI tried cleaning one of our very old rugs myself and failed miserably. Heroic came to the rescue! They cleaned our old rug and a newer/ larger one. We are very pleased with the results. Our old rug was discolored, matted down and stinky. They got all of the gross discoloration and smell out and the height back up. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to clean both rugs. -

1 year agoI had a very positive experience using Heroic Carpet Cleaning. My dog ate an entire batch of dough and was quite sick all over the carpet the following day. From the first intake call to the confirmation text, communication was professional, friendly and prompt. Jacob did a super job getting our hand knotted oriental rug looking as good as new and was very patient and calm even when my above mentioned dog barked repeatedly at him. I hope to not need carpet cleaning for a while but would definitely use heroic again. -

1 year agoFinding an Upholstery Cleaner is not always about calling the first company listed in your server. Many companies are carpet and tile cleaners "but will do couches". My experience with Heroic was uncomplicated and first class in knowledge and service. My Tech was on time and very pleasant. As he explained the best approach to my cushion cleaning, he assured me he felt confident he could clean and sanitize with special cleaners and patience. Yes, he certainly did. Great results and then I was told he is the Owner/CEO of Premier Cleaning, contracted as part of Heroic. I am very impressed in their business ethics and teaming to create excellent service to folks like me. Oh yes, they clean tile and carpet too. -

1 year agoWe had Heroic Carpet Cleaning out to take care of all our area rugs and upstairs carpet. The tech was super nice, and he did an amazing job! He came right on time as scheduled, too. We have a little baby crawling around and I feel so much better having thoroughly clean rugs for him. We'll be scheduling with them again for next time!
