6 months agoUnfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Jason of Howell Fencing. The day he was to arrive to do my rail fence project, he texted saying that rail fencing was not really in his scope expertise. I only wish he would have let me know when he came to do the bid a month earlier that this wasn't something he really wanted to do. Very disappointing. -
