1 year agoSadly after six months of service to the tune of $2,000 we still have the problem we called Bill's Pest to eliminate. Part of this was $1,400 in exclusion work. $800 of which was for the perimeter work recommended by their technician. 6 months later the area that that same technician insisted didn't need to be done has now been encroached upon. He now says that it will cost $1,200 to finish an area the exact same length and access as the previous work. At first he said the difference was because it was longer, after calling the office he now says he needs more help and that it will be more difficult. Call Bill's Pest if you need to pay them monthly forever - don't call them if you actually need a problem solved. $2,000 dollars later and we have the exact same problem we called them to fix. -
