From beginning to end, it was the experience that I wish would happen with all contractors: they showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, cleaned up at the end of every day, and provided excellent install quality. 3 years agoYou guys are rock stars! My mother had the floors done in her two side by side bathrooms. There was a problem with one of the toilets and it leaked & ruined the new vinyl flooring. Johnson's sent out someone to inspect it the day after she called. They scheduled the repairs, replaced the floor & even installed the new toilets she bought at no cost to her. To say that she is over the top impressed with your care & service is an understatement! Not only will she tell everyone that she knows, but i will do the same! Thank you for restoring my, and her faith in customer service! -
