3 years agoYou guys are rock stars! My mother had the floors done in her two side by side bathrooms. There was a problem with one of the toilets and it leaked & ruined the new vinyl flooring. Johnson's sent out someone to inspect it the day after she called. They scheduled the repairs, replaced the floor & even installed the new toilets she bought at no cost to her. To say that she is over the top impressed with your care & service is an understatement! Not only will she tell everyone that she knows, but i will do the same! Thank you for restoring my, and her faith in customer service! -

4 years agoI replaced the flooring through my entire house through these guys. They had a great selection and helped point us in the direction of things that fit our taste. We got new carpet in the bedrooms, vinyl in the bathrooms and hardwood through the rest of the house. The install went smoothly and quicker than expected. Prices were very reasonable. The house looks like a completely different place. After our install we had some minor issues pop up with the floors that we didn't know how to fix. They were happy to come out quickly fix the problems at no extra cost. Having spent so much time working with them I would normally have some sort of complaint but I don't. Great team, people, prices and most importantly floors.
