13 years ago$3,500 Bailey Contracting did a fantastic job on a rental house I own. The tenants called and said the bathroom floor was sinking -- Scott Bailey came right away and I had a bid that evening which was very reasonable. He sent a full schedule, what he would be doing each day as well as a time estimate which was very helpful for the renters. Scott was very sympathetic to the fact that there was just one bathroom in this rental, so he left the toilet available until the very last moment and I think it was only unusable for less than a day. The bathroom looks great. I would not hesitate to use him again in my own home and am thinking up other projects for him! -

14 years agoI've worked with many general and sub-contractors and Bailey Contracting LLC was the best by a wide margin. I had a leak in the master bathroom turn into a massive repair job turn into a remodeling job, but Scott squeezed me in to get my master bathroom back up and running ASAP (it was one of two showers in a house of five people). Further, Scott managed to do all this in such a way that not just the master bathroom is now beautiful and more functional, but that every part of the house that he and his sub-contractors touched is now better, including fixing random cracks and paint issues and adding little details to the job as we went without adding much at all to the schedule or the price. He and his contractors showed up every day when he said except one day -- and he let me know right away what the issue was and when the work would get done (the next business day). Scott is not cheap, but he sticks to his budget and his schedule and produces high quality work -- and he does it in a calm, friendly, courteous and clean manner. What more can you ask from a contractor than that? -

14 years agoHis name is Scott Bailey. There was a problem getting some cabinets in so it took a little longer. We had some other prices and he was in line with everybody else. We were happy with the price. He was very responsive when we called. They were very good with customers. We will probably use him again for the front door.
