11 years agoWe contacted Jorge's Tree Service and was greeted by a very professional young woman. She set up an appointment for a free estimate and Jorge arrived not only on time, but was early! He priced the service very reasonably (other estimates ranged from $1,200 - $1,800). On the day of tree removal, the crew arrived on time and within 2.5 hours the tree was gone, the area clean, and the crew was extremely careful not to damage close fit structures. The proximity of the tree was located in a tight corner of the condo's patio, so we did not remove the stump. He cut it low and sliced for no future growth. We would highly recommend this company! -

12 years agoI've used Jorge's Tree Service a few times and he always has the best price. He's had the same guys on his crew for a while now - At least the guys who actually scale up the palms and trim them. They're hard workers and get the job done pretty quickly. He has at least one big truck with a chipper to shred and haul away the trimmings. They do a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and addressing anything that drops into neighbors yards. His guys use spikes to climb up the trees, but use ladders to get up as high as they can before using the spikes (on the Queen palms especially). English seems to be a second language for Jorge, but you can get your point across. It would be nice if more of his guys spoke English because I like to have my trees trimmed in a certain way, and they sometimes forget. If I'm not right on top of them, they're trimming something that I didn't want to have trimmed - That has happened a couple times, but it's not a HUGE deal - It grows back, albeit in months. To summarize: Pros: Best price around, punctual, quick, hard working crew, good cleanup. Cons: Minor language difficulties (English vs Spanish), uses spikes (no lifts), attention to detail/requests could be better. I'd certainly use them again... I just have to keep an eye on them when they're working on specific areas. I've always been around when they're doing the work so I don't know how they work while unsupervised. -

He comes with his crew on time, does the work he quotes and spends extra time cleaning up after the job to make everything look just right. The trees always look great when he's finished and fill in nicely in springtime. He has reasonable prices and checks to make sure you're satisfied throughout the process. I will continue to use Jorge's Tree Service and highly recommend him. -

15 years agoHe is wonderful. I use him all the time. He is really very good. I have got like a hill in the backyard and he took all the weeds off and trimmed few trees and trimmed the bushes in the front. He is totally reliable. He cleans up after himself. He is very respectful of my time and stuff like that. He doesn't mess around; he does what he is supposed to do and leaves and that is really nice. He does a great job. He is very respectful of the neighbors too because I have a tree that is over on the other side. I make arrangements for him to go on that side and cleanup after himself over there and he does that. The neighbors have never complained; so that is a nice thing. He is really a good guy. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.
