5 months agoMy wife and I were anxious to add a kitchen and master suite to our home, but frankly we were terrified as we have heard so many horror stories about bad contractor experiences. We called another company that advertises and after meeting with them, we felt that the project would be full of their preferences and would go way over budget. We shelved it, then vacillated for a year. We decided to be brave and talk to someone else. We found Premier online and because of their positive reviews, called them. Dane met with us and we were so impressed with his honesty, preparation and punctuality that all of our fears washed away. My wife and I had laid out the design, Dane set us up with a design team. They were super responsive, made sensible corrections, honored our preferences and were more reasonable than we expected. We expected the county to make the project difficult or impossible, but Dane and the design team threaded that needle so skillfully that we still pinch ourselves. Work started a bit ahead of schedule. Dane carefully chose subs that suited our project starting with excavation and foundation. Fantastic work, ahead of schedule. Every subcontractor was prompt, courteous and tidy. Dane guided us throughout the project on sensible changes here and there, and his experience payed off in significant ways. Regarding the budget, Dane was fastidious. There were no overruns. The only significant additions to the budget were upgrades that my wife and I asked for, and those were forecast spot on. Everything turned out beyond our expectations. Our new space is beautiful and functional. The workmanship and attention to detail was without compromise. Dane is not a person who can compromise his standards, and he will redo anything that doesn't meet them. If you're thinking about a project, don't hesitate. The team was friendly, professional, and always on time. Everything turned out exactly how we talked about even the little details were perfect. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work! -

Remodeling and construction in your home can be stressful but they go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. They do this by communicating with you clearly and continually throughout the project, and by understanding your needs and goals and making sure they exceed your expectations. PCD has decades of experience in construction and their quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. Our job was finished in the agreed upon time frame and within the pre-approved budget and the results are stunning. We absolutely could not be happier with how our project went. Thank you PCD! -

1 year agoI could not think more highly of the Premier Construction and Design team. From day one Dane was clear, kind, on time, and the perfect person to lead my remodel. I had never done something like this before and he patiently guided me through the process and helped me weigh trade-offs as we went. Construction gets a bad rap for not being trustworthy and for things getting more expensive and taking longer. None of that was true with Premier-- I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome, the price held steady, and the timeline was honored for my project. I would recommend them with huge enthusiasm!
