5 months agoEXCELLENT SERVICE! Such a great experience; from the reservation for the date of my move from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom apartment in the same Complex, to the actual move. Sandy was very professional when arranging/scheduling my move and in a follow-up confirmation. And, I can't say enough about Sawyer and Zack. They were on time, organized, thoroughly discussed the job before beginning my move and gave an accurate time estimate. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and quick. They took great care with my mostly vintage and antique furniture; using covers and wrap where needed. Sawyer and Zack also placed every box of clothing, dishes, linens and furniture items in its appropriate place with very little direction. I was so impressed. Thank you, Emerald Moving & Storage, for your GREAT STAFF! -

7 months agoEXCELLENT service from the two guys who arrived today to move heavy furniture and boxes to multiple levels in our home. Our house has 4 different levels. We needed furniture moved from different levels and even into garage (making it 5 levels!). The guys were friendly, professional, and had no complaints about doing a job that was overwhelming to us. This is our second hire for Emerald Moving. We would absolutely hire them again. It would've taken us weeks to do these moves and most would not have been possible at all. Best money we've spent since moving to our new house! -

7 months agoEmerald Moving, Inc., of Eugene, OR, did an outstanding job of getting me moved out of a storage unit and into a 2nd floor apartment. Setting up the move was easy and simple, which I appreciated but, it was Sam and Grover, the movers, who made the whole process enjoyable. They were professional, skilled, respectful and friendly. I even got a fig jam recipe! Thanks Grow-ver!
