He insisted on a written contract, and amendments as needed to keep things clear. He took care to keep the house as clean as could be expected with a remodel going on. He cleaned up every day. He takes pride in his work and clearly wanted to make sure we were happy before he left on his last day of work. We've been using our new bathrooms for a couple of months, and we couldn't be happier.
