That's very respectable, and they're very generous with their time in explaining all of the details to me (and I don't even know the BASICS so that was really kind). You definitely get the "family owned & operated" vibe from them and not the cold corporate feeling from larger companies that just want to upcharge you for everything. I'll definitely recommend S&A to my neighbors and friends! -

Steve and Danny took the time needed for us to make an informed decision, taking us through the process of converting from gas heat to an electric heat pump: evaluating our home, explaining how heat pumps work, creating an accurate estimate, and then providing excellent and courteous installation. One week later, we are extremely satisfied with our heat pump and its performance. A wonderful family operation, we feel that we have a true partner in S & A in our home comfort.
