15 years agoAsked him to fix my garage door spring, but asked him for a diagnostic for my home warranty company. Said he doesn't do estimates for these issues, which is fine. Talked to my home warranty company, they said that they need at least the technician to call in a diagnostic right before doing the work. He was again reluctant to do that, he said that this would take as long as the job itself. Also made sure to point out that he would charge me regardless of whether insurance covers it or not. I finally got fed up and decided to look for somebody else to do the job, since this company doesn't seem to have much appreciation for their customers. -
