3 years agoTechnician Bryan Crawford arrived at our home to do a warranty replacement of a faulty heat exchanger in our Carrier furnace. His arrival was well within the time frame we were told to expect him. His work was quick and efficient. We had requested that he service our central air conditioning at the same time and he performed this work as well. We are very pleased with the work performed and he left us with the feeling that our heating and air conditioning was in top notch shape. -

Very professional and quick to respond in every way specially when our furnace was out in -11 temps in a snow storm.
