The second visit was just "okay" when it came to cleaning one of the bedroom carpets, so I reached out to the company to share my concerns. The owner, Tony, personally contacted me, acknowledged the issue, and offered to come out himself to handle the next cleaning 6 months later if I was willing to give them another opportunity. I accepted, and I'm glad I did. Tony followed through on his word and did an outstanding job. It's refreshing to see a business owner take feedback seriously, get directly involved, and make things right to ensure customer satisfaction. To be clear, this work was paid for-this review isn't based on any free service. I'm leaving it because Tony stood by his commitment and delivered quality work, and I believe that level of accountability deserves recognition.
