8 months agoHired after we had a house fire, they did the demolition and sealing of the studs; sent us a bill for 98,000. Multiple other estimates stated the job they did shouldn't have cost more than 20,000. They just tore out walls. They charged us $12/per outlet cover they removed. House is approximately 2100 sq/ft -

8 months agoPLEASE READ I'm not a big "review guy" but in this case it's important to me to let the public know ......I called Restoration One on May 22nd because my house took water in the basement. They were super busy with several jobs but still willing to help me even thou I wasn't there at the time. Heath, and his crew made arrangements to meet with my mom at the residence to check out the situation. They immediately got to work and dried up all the water, got the flooring out, and had the dehumidifiers blowing to continue drying everything up. I had the dehumidifiers drying for weeks and Heath contacted me often to check on things. All I can say is that Restoration One is an A PLUS-PLUS company and I will refer this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you for reading..... A++++ Company -

1 year agoHad great service! Frankie, Trey, Kade, and Brandon were on time, and they called me 30 minutes before they arrived. When they got here, they where very polite and kind. They let me know about the process of the work and what to expect. Great company! Veteran owned as well.
