4 weeks agoUpdate: The service tech got back with us and delivered the part. Had them come out to fix our unit. Charged us for the piece and the service call. Salesman put in claim on warranty and kept piece and $. Now he won't call us back or deliver the piece or refund. Have called multiple times but he never shows up. -

1 month agoWhen my furnace quit,I first called a prominent company in Norman,ok.They said I needed a whole new system for $12k...minimum....Friends told me to get second opinion...and one recommended Trinity.The wonderful tech,Joseph,fixed my furnace for $187 and said my system was good,...it was just an air flow blockage which he easily cleaned.The other company lied to me big time. -
