9 years agoXtreme Heating and Cooling had a phone number on their website that said it could be called "anytime 24/7." I didn't really believe that anyone would answer yet the phone was answered on the first ring. The gentleman that answered was very nice and said he would have someone named Jerry give us a call. Jerry called very soon after and he was professional and personable. He arrived at our house within the hour and fixed the problem (a motor) that night. In the process, he accidentally cracked a piece of PVC pipe that water from the AC drains from. He came the next day (Sunday) and replaced the cracked pipe. Of course, we were charged extra for weekend work but we happily paid it as well as the cost of the part. We are thinking we may just need a new furnace in the near future as we seem to have something go wring with it yearly and this company will be a top contender for instillation of a new system based on our first experience with them. -
