4 months agoHad company install Propane Kit on furnace they sent in a tech who started at noon and worked til 5 on a Kit (no expert but seemed long) tech was unable to get furnace on after diagnosing with his boss on the phone they both came to the conclusion I needed a new valve , company sent me a 550 bill for their time and my non working furnace let them know I thought it was high for what they did not parts included I paid for them , and my furnace didn't work if we could work something out to have them out again and install valve said ok , paid 250 for instal with expectations I would be buying a valve .... Got a second opinion to confirm first company diagnosis and they let me know propane kit was installed bad and that's why it didn't turn on and to have original company come back out , after a week of back and forth finally got a call back that they were not wrong and to have other company complete repairs. Let them know since they already started they can not go in after. Owner Esteban did not agree to have me pay for another diagnostic for them to confirm said they would only go out with new valve. Contacting different company to have them complete the work do no use SCAM SCAM SCAM they did my hvac inspection when I bought my home didn't note what was needed then and tried to charge me for unneeded parts do not trust if greedy owners would've had their way they would've charged me 1500 -
