2 years agoCalled because my drain line was overflowing . They responded quickly and cleared the line . Was told the emergency switch was broken and was the reason it overflowed. Set an appt so They would return to replace . No call no show( even after calling and they said they would call back . Since then had another company come and diagnose with second opinion . Switch was working and second company much more thorough. Found and showed me multiple other issues. Will not use elemental again . -
