My tenant was having issues with their heating system 2 days before Thanksgiving and Dowd Heat and Air came out and fixed the problem. I use their service plan and they service my home twice a year. When ever I have a problem with my unit Dowd Heat and Air comes through. I'm very satisfied with their quality, reliability and professionalism.
