His company has done a great job with the installations on two of my rental properties. He is very professional and explains everything well. His employees are very kind and do a great job with the installation. His prices are very reasonable, too. You will get quality work at a great price. I contacted Leonard first thing in the morning and he was able to squeeze us in his schedule and had our furnace back running within a few hours of me contacting him. He explained the issue with our furnace and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with the cost of the repair. 7 months agoNeeded to get our HVAC systems replaced and Chill Out did an amazing job. Jeremiah was the tech and let me tell ya he is very meticulous about his work and went above and beyond. I wish I had taken before pics so you could see the hot mess they replaced. Highly recommended them!
