2 months agoI see a lot of bad reviews for Pinkstons, but that hasn't been my experience. I have used their services for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be happier! Before, my lawn literally made me want to gag! Disgusting weeds looked like something in a museum depicting the Cretascious Period or something! And I love to mow my yard with care, and it's impossible to make it look good when it's just weeds. Enter Pinkstons....They have turned it around and now my lawn is the envy of the neighborhood (probably not, but I like to think so). Last week my kids left the dogs out even though I told them not to, and the tech, Trenton wasn't able to do the application. Today he came back and did a great job and took extra care to pick up toys my kids had left out and pile them nicely on the patio. I offered him a small tip and he humbly declined. He was a polite and courteous worker who deserves recognition. Thank you Pinkston's! -

4 months agoThis business does not need or want your money. I confirmed weed control services via text for both my mother's property and my property on October 14th. Her services were to commence in November, while mine were to start in February. Because I hadn't heard from anybody since that day, I messaged them on November 17th, inquiring about the first weed application for my mother's property. I was instructed to call their office and talk to Becky who, subsequently, transferred me to Sarah. Sarah confirmed that both services were canceled in their system because "I was so difficult to reach." They hadn't called me once...Then, I was told that Ted, the General Manager, would reach out to me, as he's the one who canceled the services back in October. He was on vacation the week of November 17th and was to call me back upon his return on Monday, November 24th. I reached back out again via text on December 1st because the infamous Ted had yet to find time to call me and never heard back. It's now December 2nd and still nothing. Trust the reviews. If the business has a 3.2-star Google rating, there's a reason for it. Don't waste your time and money and find a reputable provider that will not force you to chase them only for them to please take your money. This business is very unprofessional and does not deserve people's hard-earned money. -

7 months agoWe have used them for lawn care since the first of the year. What a joke we have weeds worse than when my husband took care of the fertilizer/weed control. I definitely would not recommend. Don't waster your hard earned money on them. -

8 months agoBeen with them close to 10years. Communication is going down hill. Called left a VM no return call. Had to call them again to get weeds taken care of. Said they would be out in a couple of days. Never happened! They just made excuses as to why, " to save other people lawns from worms, lawns were dying overnight"... my lawn was not important enough, wasn't the money maker for them.
