6 months agoI am deaf. I love that David takes the time to answer questions via text and is very patient! We have used him a few years now and have no issues with pests when he treats. We also have never had to have him come back for a 2nd treatment. David is genuinely friendly and cares about his clients. He ensures he treats the home well and listens to concerns. I first used him for a client as he came recommended from a local agency. She had roaxhes bad. I was impressed he uses a vaccuum for catching them before he sprays so theres not a bunch of dead roaches- and she didnt need a second treatment! This is not the case with other pest control places we use usually needs 2nd treatment 2 weeks later. I was immediately sold. We stopped using our former pest control agent and switched to Mayday! My client has not treated her house for roaxhes since and I am impressed she has not had any bug problems and it has been a few years. He later came back to treat for bed bugs when she rode in someones vehicle that was infested- and i was once again impressed! Again later he again came to treat for her fleas. His professionalism and what he uses is worth every penny! -
