11 months agoUnreliable and Unprofessional Experience I would not recommend JCS Cleaning based on my recent experience. I scheduled a house cleaning for Friday, June 8, 2025. On the morning of the appointment, I received a series of texts citing issues such as traffic, a flat tire, and eventually that the tire had fallen off-leading to a cancellation. Understanding that unexpected issues can arise, I agreed to reschedule for the following morning. Unfortunately, they failed to show up again-this time without any notice or communication. After waiting over an hour, it became clear they were not coming. The complete lack of professionalism and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. If you're looking for a cleaning service you can depend on, I recommend looking elsewhere. -
