7 years agoThe lady who scheduled was nice over the phone, but this service was not effective at all at treating the ants around our house. Within a couple days of them coming trails of ants would reappear. They even told us to go out and buy our own products to use in between sprayings which was once per month. Don't waste your money. Just want to add a bit here since the owner responded- the tech told both me and my husband multiple times to buy our own product. He specifically told us what product to get (the pesticide to connect to our hose). We followed the multiple techniques including trimming bushes, removing debris, etc., and buying the product/using the product they suggested in between monthly treatments. In addition, they did not guarantee their service as they said they would. I called several times to inquire for additional assistance and the response from the tech was "ants are hard to treat." They said we had to finish paying for all 6 treatments before we could suspend service. Sadly, we have been better able to manage the ants on our own product this year. -

When I do need treatment, I will call on them again for certain. I appreciate that they are local and BBB accredited.
