4 years agoKurt Heckman came to my residence and gave me an estimate. I excepted his rate to remove two trees and also was given an estimate to remove four trees from my disabled neighbor. Also except rate. Gave us a time frame when to expect the job to be done. Never showed up and I tried several time calling and left messages. Never returned my calls. I even asked to send me a text and no response. If he was not able to do the job, a courtesy call or text would be appropriate and professional. As least then I would have been able to find another tree service to do the job. I would NEVER recommend them!!!! I found them through Home Advisor, and I will also be reporting them there for there poor service!!! -
