2 years agoQuality Floor Company came to my rescue after another flooring company quit. The other company was not installing the flooring properly and didn't like having to do things correctly so they took off after only installing one room with hardwood flooring. I called the owner of Quality Floor soon after that and they were able to come out relatively quickly to see the project and then get me an estimate to complete the work. The owner isn't some dude who watched a video one time about how to install hardwood floors and then started a flooring company, but is someone who deeply understands flooring and how to install it correctly so it will last the life of the home. I didn't have to ask him many questions because he was making sure I understood what they were going to do from the start. He also would call/text me almost daily with updates about the project. They finished everything in a reasonable amount of time and my floors look great. I wish I had gone with them first.
