1 year agoThis company has come out and serviced our house a couple of time now. Each time the technician has been very personable and informative. They even text me to let me know they MAY be delayed to my appointment, they weren't.. but they keep you in the loop. They work with the customer to make sure they're doing right by you, to include opportunities to reduce the cost and all of your options. They don't treat you like 'just another job'. There's a lot of companies to choose from in the Metro, and I can't speak on the others (and thankfully won't need to).. these folks are great. -

1 year agoMy tech Matthew was very kind very efficient. Great overall experience. After I purchased the premium package. I was very glad I did because Matt had to come back out due to a bad part. Good news it saved me a bunch of cash since I bought the premium package. Matt diagnosed the problem right away and repaired it back to nice and cool. Great overall. I would recommend Hibdon heat and air to everyone.
