2 months agoRuss and Mike did a great job! Lots of great info of how to keep the carpet clean and looking good after. I'll recommend to anyone. They also fixed a part of my carpet that had come undone from the concrete, like they replace the tack strip. Without me even asking. Very professional. -

2 months agoMan, what a Saturday night! Came home to my apartment bathroom living room and bedroom floor flooded due to a leaky shower above. Russ came out and was very helpful and took care of all the cleanup and was very friendly! Mind you this was around midnight on a Saturday night, so I was very grateful for Russ to do what he did! -

2 months agoI am so pleased with the care and customer service I received from OKSR! The care that was taken to mitigate the water and then repair my home was exceptional! If you ever need help with water or fire damage they are the company to call! They are local and someone from their local office will answer the phone right away! I can't recommend a company more than OKSR! My house looks as good as new! It is a bummer I had to call OKSR, for a different repair. But again they did not disappoint. Jose, was excellent in the care he showed at my house. When there was an issue with water getting into my home. Jose worked very hard to express that the door that Pella installed wasn't installed properly. They didn't listen but he held steady and was right! OKSR is excellent at what they do and have great employees. -
