9 months agoExcellent experience with Eric and Daryl from Doug's. Daryl showed up next day after I called and went to work servicing both units. He put booties over his shoes every time he entered the house. He advised me throughout his review so i knew what he was doing and why. Unfortunately, I had an emergency and had to leave before Daryl could finish but he understood and said to just call when he could return. I offered to pay what he had completed but he said not to worry and take care of emergency. I called four days later for Daryl to return and he responded that afternoon and had both my units ready for a hot Oklahoma summer. No pressure, no stress and they sent me a bill over email. Great group of people at Doug's! -

9 months agoWe needed to replace a condenser and indoor coil. Doug's were prompt to come look at our unit and provided a couple reasonable quotes. Once we made our choice they had the unit blowing cold the next day. A very professional and experienced family company. -
