3 months agoAfter sending repair man to give me an estimate, they never called me back. Waited 3 days and called "HOLLY". She stated they did not wish to service my plumbing needs! Why are they running a plumbing business?! Will add them to my list of "Bad businesses never to contact again and will warn others from calling them which wasted my time and obviously theirs. Not impressed!!! -

5 months agoI had two drains that were extremely slow and a toilet that had been "fixed" multiple times but still wasn't working properly. Chris came out and did an outstanding job. He cleared both drains quickly and rebuilt the interior of the toilet so it finally works the way it should. Chris was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this plumbing company! -

Although we encountered some miscommunications initially, I appreciate how promptly Mike called to apologize and address the situation. It's clear that customer service is a priority for your company. I would also like to extend my thanks to Brandon, our technician, for returning to take a look at our leaky faucet. His expertise helped us identify the problem, and we're looking forward to having him back out to fix it once we decide on the new faucets.
