8 months agoAC not cooling for 3 days, they came out around 5 pm check AC unit and spray down coils, did not help, so back, he came back out around 5pm again and he acted like he did not know what to do next, so I ask if it could be the A coil. He it might be but he said he would came back the next day because he did not have the right tools (socket & ratchet). They did not call or came back out! I've now called a different ac service company. I will never use them again. 105.00 just to spray water on unit never fixed a thing! -

3 years agoHard to ahold of, couldn't estimate cost of repair or even narrow it down. The service guy who showed up was great but the office is difficult. I was told I should have an estimate by Friday and work completed by Monday. Had to call Tuesday to see of they forgot and all they quoted was the cost of a leak test, not an estimate of charge cost or replacement costs. -

3 years agoTheir guy, Buck, called at 4:15 said he was in a town 15 minutes from us and heading our way. Did not hear from him again. I even called him at 5 and 8:25, and got no response. -
