2 months agoWill not call this scammer ever again! Called them last week they said the inducer motor was out. Today to say it was obsolete and they could rebuild mine for over $500. I did 5 seconds of Google searches of the part number found it on Amazon with tax for $101 and 2 min to swap it out my heater is working again. -

Made me wait 6 days w a leaking attic (AC) dripping into my dining room w soggy ceiling tiles and when they arrived, they didn't even bring a ladder to be able to get up into my attic, went outside after less than a minute, came back and said they couldn't work here due to my pet smell and they LEFT! This was also after my son showed them pictures of the attic problem. They simply didn't want to be bothered or was too inexperienced to handle the job! And chose to insult me instead! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! -
