3 years agoShady! I have been a customer for 2 years and never had issues. Now they auto renew and charge you some astronomical prices for poor quality lawn chemicals. Then when I called to discuss the situation, they get defensive and argumentative. So thanks for helping me save money and support a national chain instead of local businesses. There are way better lawn companies that will treat you with reapect and be thankful for your business!! -

4 years ago$5,200 Do NOT pay for services in advance for the 5% discount. I paid over five thousand dollars for contracted services and materials that have NOT been delivered. I have repeatedly ask to speak with Andrew Wesselman-(owner) as A&A landscape supervisors have told me that the work was "embarrassing" and "needed to be redone". When you call the office it goes to voicemail and when you leave a voicemail message it is not returned. I have found this company to be very unprofessional and unreliable. I came home from work and upon opening my email- I read an email stating that A and A had been at my home for core aeration. It was obvious that they had not been at my home because there were no core plugs in my yard and I have locked privacy gates. Why would a company say that they've been out to provide a service when in actuality they have not? Pictures below show: an area that was supposed to be seeded and was not, another area under a straw blanket that was supposed to have soil added (all they did was lay down a straw blanket over my existing lawn), and after spending more than $1,000 in aluminum edging and 2,820 of labor.... this is what the edging looks like. BEWARE or they will take advantage of you too!" -
