2 months agoMy wife contacted me at work after 5pm, VERY stressed about causing significant damage to the garage door and potentially the motor as well. I reassured her it was ok, but we would find someone that was highly rated and able to come out tonight so the garage would be secure. She called these fantastic people, and they were out and working on the garage in less than an hour. David was our technician, and he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided education on how best to prolong our door and equipment going forward, and even showed me some neat functions on the new motor. When they say same day, they mean it. They got us out of a bind, were upfront on costs throughout. Hopefully we don't need their services again any time soon, but we will definitely be recommending them.
