4 months agoThe technician was very friendly and polite. He took the time to explain how my unit functioned as well as different options I could look at so I am not over paying. Tje technican was methodical and actually found where a previous HVAC technician (not from this company) had actually installed a capacitor that was the wrong size and corrected it. I really appreciate the openness of this company as I see far too many times where places will over charge you because you to not know any better. Prudhom has definitely earned a new loyal customer as they will be go-to moving forward. -
