4 years agoBob and his brother are awesome. In the last 2 years we've had them upgrade our carpet, tile and trim and it looks fantastic. The crew working at the house was professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys. Bob was always in communication with us and made everything smooth and trouble free. -

5 years agoVery disappointed!!! Since they where referred by a contractor, I had high hopes. Took off work early to meet them and they didn't show up. Called them and they had forgot about the appointment. They showed up over an hour late to look at the hardwood flooring project. They called two days later with a price of $1900 for a room and hallway. They said that they were able to find flooring that closely matched for over $4 a square foot from his supplier. I told them that the flooring probably came from Lowe's during his visit, but he didn't look there. I did and found the exact flooring for under $2 a square foot. Then he was trying to charge me the demo for the entire project, even though I had already removed over half of the old flooring, before his visit. At the end of the day, he was over doubling the price of materials, charging for demo already done, and charging me 8 hours of labor for less than 3 hour job. -

6 years agoHad an appointment scheduled with this place for our carpet to be stretched. They were a no show. My husband called to see where they were at. We live less than one minute away, in the neighborhood right behind them. They said, they double booked and wouldn't be able to make it to our appointment. We said fine. We will reschedule even though we had already moved our furniture and everything in preparation for their arrival. Next appointment morning rolls around and we get a call (when they were supposed to arrive) saying they aren't going to be able to make it. Their installer called in sick. Once again, we had already moved our furniture. I understand that everybody gets sick. We get that. What I don't understand is when they say they will call you to reschedule (for the 3rd time) and never do. This company made us feel like they completely didn't care about our business. We used this company once before and are currently in the process of building another home. I will 100% take my business elsewhere and tell everybody I encounter to so the same. We like to try and keep our business local but not in this case. We found another company to stretch our carpet by the way and only needed one appointment and he kept his appointment! Maybe you all should ask him who his book keeper is! -

10 years agoGreat people. Super friendly staff. Measured for free (unlike the big box stores), were personable and friendly throughout the entire process. Ordered custom carpet for us and installed the same day it came in! Great prices too! Would highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for carpet!
