6 months agoWriting this review from my warm & cozy home! My heater stopped working last winter & have been surviving on space heaters. Called this morning & they sent Robert to my house by this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Then promptly found & replaced the broken part. Came home to a warm house for the first time in 2 winters this evening!! Could not recommend Chapman HVAC enough! Very professional, kind, & respectful!! -

6 months agoOur heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year. I called and Shaun came out. We told him the problem. He listened, asked questions, then started trouble shooting and diagnosed the problem. What we thought was the problem, Shaun discovered that it was something different. He had the part on his truck, changed it out and had our heat back on quickly. Shaun explains everything that he's doing and the reason why. He also explained about an annual maintenance plan. We signed up to continue to have their excellent service on our system. We highly recommend Chapman HVAC! -

6 months agoI can't say enough good things to capture how great Chapman HVAC has been to us! Shaun Chapman and his crew (A fine group of dedicated young men he is showing the importance of fostering community relationships to). They have been beyond professional, very quick to respond, and extremely accommodating. I have been completely overwhelmed by their compassion, willingness and genuine, heart felt community involvement associated with our community food pantry. They go beyond fixing your heat/air issues...they make it a point to ensure that they truly satisfy you with their services. I am not sure who is aware of their UGLY FURNACE CONTEST, BUT WE WERE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE CHOSEN FOR THAT HUMBLING AWARD IN 2025!!!!! A gift that will literally impact thousands for many years to come. Chapman HVAC is the best!
