Getting a quote was super easy, paperwork and scheduling was great since Austin was willing to be flexible with our schedule, communication through the process was excellent, the materials showed up the day before and were nicely placed and out of the way as to not bother us, the crew was incredibly polite and fast! Without sacrificing install quality or attention to detail. Can't speak highly enough of the team! -

1 year agoRight Choice Roofing is indeed the Right Choice! Austin was amazing to work with! We had a corner of our roof practically ripped off (See first picture) during one of our (Oklahoman) famous Highwind/Hail storms. We had water in our bedroom and bathroom. We called several different roofing companies and all of them wanted to come out and give us an estimate first before patching. I had a friend tell me about Right Choice and we decided to call. We just talked to Austin over the phone and he had his lead roofer come out THE NEXT DAY and put a tarp on that corner and even spots we didn't even know! Austin came out after that, got up on the roof, and sat down with us and laid out the whole process for us. His pricing was lower than the competitors. We decided to have Right Choice Roofing fix our roof. After agreeing, it was just a short week later and materials started showing up. Throughout the whole process, Austin was involved. He worked with our insurance, showed up to work with the adjuster, and worked with our schedule to assure I was onsite. He was even there during the roofing job. He always answered my phone calls or immediately called me back if I had any questions. The guy was out in Claremore (after the tornado recently) on top of people's houses, putting tarps on to help the community, and he still answered the phone! If we could rate on Austin's customer service, it would be a 5 Star too! After the job was done, they cleaned up everything so well. The roof looks stunning. Austin and Right Choice Roofing did a fantastic job! Check out the finished roof! Austin, if you are reading this, thanks so much for getting our roof replaced! Our family greatly appreciates it! -

1 year agoHighly recommend!! Our home got hit by a tornado, and Austin and his company came out immediately and tarped our roof for us the next day! Tarping held up great in the meantime until we could start the process of a new roof! His workers are so professional, and beyond helpful when it came to dealing with insurance and just being patient with us as customers! We went with brilliant black shingles & our roof looks AMAZING!! They got it done so fast and cleaned up great!! I was also excited to know that they do gutters also! They look great as well!!
