1 month agoIm in the OKC western Oklahoma area, I was calling gravely dealers state wide to figure out if a older model bagger would fit my new mower. It seemed like all the dealers developed the attitude of if your not buying it new from us then we arent going to help. Infact some even told me that they knew it wasnt going to work, as if to shy me away from even trying, I explained with all of them that I didnt have the $2000 dollar plus to buy a new one. I did not get that attitude with Miguel at B&A. Infact I got the attitude of im not for sure, but lets figure it out. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, off and on. At one point he said je was going to call me back in about 15 minutes after checking something. I really thought he was saying that just to get me off the phone, and it was about 20 minutes later, guess who was calling my phone, Miguel! I LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was all happening Friday afternoon. Another worker and I was talking in the last 5 minutes that they was open, he was trying to help too, he said that Miguel had allready left, but this guy was going the extra mile clear up untill the business phones shut off right at 5:30pm. Then Monday morning Miguel even tried to call me to folllow up, and see if I bought it and see if worked. Then when I missed his call, he went as far to follow up through email. I LOVE IT! I will definitely be buyimg any parts that I can have them just ship to me and wait on from them. Everyone should strive to be like them, especially Miguel! -

4 months agoBeen going here for many many years but had a highly unprofessional demeaning experience with 3 different employees where they argued about what I knew I needed and treated me hateful and dumb. Will never be back! -
