The amazing crew at Paul Davis came in right away and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. Their team responded quickly and immediately began the fire and smoke clean up. The crew was professional and very thorough, as well as respectful of our home. They took the time to explain every step of the process along the way and answered any questions we had. They didn't just clean what we could see. They also addressed the smoke odor and damage that was hidden to restore our home. Another thing that was tremendously helpful was how they worked with our insurance company to streamline the process, which took a lot of stress off of us. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone that has suffered fire/smoke damage to their home, as they were all wonderful to work with and gave us their best efforts to put our home back to normal.
