4 months agoI recently had a pipe burst in my home and Paul Davis handled the restoration. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and easy to work with. They responded immediately and outlined each step of the process. They were able to clean my damaged personal belongings, dry out the my first floor, and rebuild my kitchen and dining room. I expected the process to be stressful, but Paul Davis made it so easy. Every person that came to my home was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. My house looks better than it did before the pipe break. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration in Youngstown. -

4 months agoIf I could put a negative 5 I would. This company was full of issues and misdirection. I was told one person would be overseeing our project and handling estimates and setting up the job. It quickly became, "oh thats not my job, we have another person that handles that, oh we have another person that has to come give you quotes.". They were quick to destroy our entire kitchen and bathroom, only to tell us that we have to wait weeks before ANOTHER person has to come give quotes for repairs..and oh yeah we are backed up 3 to 4 weeks! Would would you remove my entire bathroom and kitchen if you can't repair it for a month!? What a joke. We had to beg the NEW guy to come earlier to give us quote earlier. He finally did. We wait days for the quote only to be told we are not involved in this process.... WHAT?! He says oh we deal directly with your insurance first then we tell you what your quote is??! What? We wanted involved in what repairs were being offered and for how much so we know it's done right. He refused to let us know this information. Then as I'm asking why he won't. Then THIS QUOTE GUY DECIDES TO IGNORE ME, THE HUSBAND, AND TEXT MY GIRLFRIEND SAYING HES PULLING OUR QUOTE OFFER AND WE HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE!!! We have waited weeks n weeks for this silly quote n he just up and quits on us. And all I did was ask why aren't we being involved in these quotes. What are you hiding? His response was to terminate our contract and waste thousands of our dollars and days and days of our time. No cussing was ever said. No names were called. I simply was a distressed home owner making sure his home was being treated right. This place is highly unprofessional. Extremely rude. And an absolutely waste of time. If u could I'd submit the photo of the conversation but they have the submit a photo ability turned off apparently. Cause there scared people will post there unprofessional attitude. -
